Beams
Lazer Onyx has projectors that are designed to permit the operator to program an almost infinite array of beams. These beams are ricocheted off of strategically placed mirrors to create effects ranging from blistering laser battles to magnificent sculptures.
With our High Power 50+ watt HagYag laser projectors, beams can be seen for more than 30 miles away! The beams can be combined with open-weave scrims and water screens to add a third-dimension: the aerial beam creates a graphic image as it "slices" though the screen while continuing to travel through air. The color, dynamics and "wow" factor cannot be matched by any other lighting source.
Lumia
These are abstract type of flowing effects which look like clouds or plasma formations. They are a good background for shows, slides, or other type of projections.
When the laser beam is projected through specialized optics, cloud-like wisps of light are created that can be made to float across ceilings and domes. Called lumia, these effects can stand by themselves or may be combined with representational and abstract imagery.
Laser Tunnel
This type of effect is projected into free space, it does not require a screen and creates a mystical scene from which people or vehicles can be revealed. These digitized tunnels
can vary in shape from circular, square, and pyramids, to customized shapes such as automobiles, and building outlines. The laser tunnels exhibit “magical”
entrances.
Cones
This is similar to the laser tunnel, but projected vertically to reveal a new product or highlight a speaker or actor. These variable speed rotating cones can be from as small as a person standing to larger than a vehicle.
Programming Capabilities
Lazer Onyx computer system has an extremely powerful Pangolin software package which allows on-site programming of animations, scrolling marquee, and laser logos.
This allows on-site the operator the ability to manipulate size, color, movement, rotation and many other effects.
